Who provides the travel services I book?
Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers (for example, airlines, hotels, transfer operators, and experience providers). VunduRise may act as a booking platform and/or an affiliate partner depending on the offer shown.
When is my booking confirmed?
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message with a reference number (and, where applicable, an e-ticket or voucher). If payment is authorized but confirmation fails, we’ll notify you and help resolve it.
What are the rules for changes and cancellations?
Change and cancellation rules are set by the supplier and displayed before you book. Fees may apply and some fares are non-refundable. Always check the fare conditions and deadlines shown at checkout.
How do pricing and taxes work?
Prices can change until you complete checkout. The total price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes and mandatory fees we know about at that time. Optional extras (like bags, seats, or resort fees) may be charged by the supplier.
What if something goes wrong during my trip?
For service delivery issues (delays, overbooking, room problems, etc.), the supplier is usually best placed to help first. VunduRise support can assist with booking details, documentation, and escalation where available.
Can VunduRise close or restrict my account?
Yes. We may restrict or suspend access for suspected fraud, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or activity that harms the platform or other users.
